Building a bedtime routine that actually sticks.

Children participating in a Kids Kare classroom activity

A predictable evening is the foundation of a good morning. Our director walks through what works.

Every child and family has a different rhythm. The small, repeatable routines that work at home give children confidence as they move through each school day.

Start with one small routine.

Choose one moment of the day to make predictable, then build from there. A clear next step, a little time to practice, and encouragement when things do not go perfectly can make a meaningful difference.

We are always glad to share what we see working in the classroom and to learn what is working at home. Reach out to your school director or teacher with questions—we are here to help.
