Kids Kare children had a visit from a recycling expert who taught the children the importance of recycling. She explained to them how a landfill works and how much maintence it takes to keep it running. The children were also informed on what can be recycled such as: plastic bottles, glass bottles and aluminum cans. The kids were excited to learn about the three R's; Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. They were given informational booklets and shown products made from recycled material.
